Art Therapy

We are pleased to be the only outpatient facility in town offering art therapy.  Finally there is a form of therapy that is fun!  Find out what your art says about you, and then process it is a group to see how it inspires others.  This could become the favourite two hours of your week!

Tomorrow night will be my first session of art therapy and I am very excited. I’ve been on a long journey in life and trying to find help with my bipolar, ptsd and extreme anxiety.
Before I finally met Dr. Crader I was in counseling and needing a Psychiatrist to help me with a proper medicine regime so that after I could finally stop crying!! Before I met Dr. Crader I cried literally everyday for 3 years from overwhelming anxiety! She was the last Dr. I was going to try before giving up and feeling that this is as good as it gets and give up on life. On my first appt. with her I finally felt Hope. I am so grateful I didn’t give up and found her!!!
She is in a class of her own and truest to her word that she wants to help!
Myself, my family and friends are also very grateful she is my Dr.
I also have a wonderful counselor through ukpsych that I really enjoy because no matter how sad or stressed I am I always leave with a smile! Thank you Robert for being you and helping me🤗
